David Pierce Architect has been using Problem Solving Applications, LLC for a few years, now. We were introduced to Billy Joe Long at PSA by a friend who highly recommended him. He helped us revise an aging and semi-dysfunctional network, designing one that actually did everything we wanted it to!

As non-tech owners, we were very happy with how the different drafting stations in our office were able to communicate seamlessly and utilize our specialized programs and backups. We have been using PSA for our computer technology needs since 2012. Having a PSA technician come in monthly to deal with our network and computer needs has relieved us from having to think about keeping our computers updated and computerized information secure, which is very important to us.

The backup service PSA supplies for our company also provides us with the ability to recover from any lost data problems quickly.
